Listgrove Ltd, international recruitment and HR specialists in the plastics and related sectors, is recruiting an Engineering and Maintenance Manager for a long-established UK manufacturer recognised globally for its durable, transparent, and stackable storage products. The company has grown into the world’s largest producer of such items while maintaining a commitment to innovation, customer-driven design, and affordability.

The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all site machinery across two manufacturing sites, ensuring reliable performance and preventing disruption to operations. The role involves coordinating with service providers, conducting fault diagnosis, implementing corrective actions, and delivering detailed reporting to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to machinery and equipment across two sites to ensure full operational functionality.

• Prepare and manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.

• Plan and execute running repair work as needed.

• Identify faults and resolve issues within defined parameters.

• Operate autonomously and demonstrate initiative in daily tasks.

• Liaise directly with service agreement providers to coordinate maintenance and resolve equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in electrical principles.

• Multiskilled engineering background.

• Experience in maintaining a wide range of machinery.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.

• Proven track record in maintenance planning.
