Axon is on a mission to Protect Life by revolutionizing public safety and justice through cutting-edge devices and cloud-based software. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll take a leading role in building out Axon’s newest business verticals outside of public safety—including Retail, Healthcare, Private Security, and Transportation.
You will be responsible for driving direct and indirect sales in these sectors, building strategic relationships with clients and partners, and helping define scalable go-to-market strategies. The role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, loves innovation, and wants to leave a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure early customer wins in key new industry verticals
Manage and grow revenue and market share in alignment with Axon’s goals
Develop and execute business plans to drive customer adoption
Lead and collaborate on sales training and marketing initiatives
Build and sustain strategic relationships with clients, VARs, and systems integrators
Support cross-functional collaboration to create scalable and repeatable sales motion
