As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure. You'll champion Elastic’s cloud-based solutions for enterprise search, observability, and security, helping customers unlock the true value of their data through AI and search-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI-powered Search Analytics platform within telecom enterprise accounts across the UK

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, enabling them to unlock value from their data with Elastic’s solutions

  • Promote both Elastic’s Open Source and commercial offerings, articulating ROI and technical advantages

  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategic account plans leveraging internal teams and partner ecosystems

  • Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across technical and executive levels

  • Provide consistent sales forecasts using Salesforce (SFDC)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure best-in-class customer experiences

  • Evangelize new use cases for search, analytics, and observability that improve operational efficiency


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas in SaaS sales, particularly within the UK telecom industry

  • Experience in selling enterprise-grade search, log analytics, APM, security, and cloud solutions

  • Strong relationship-building skills with both technical users and C-level stakeholders

  • Proficiency in forecasting sales activity and pipeline management using Salesforce

  • Familiarity with Open Source technologies and community dynamics

  • Deep understanding of the telecom landscape, customer needs, and enterprise procurement cycles

  • Self-starter mentality with excellent communication and consultative selling skills


Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience selling in an Open Source business model

  • Deep network within major UK Telecom operators
