Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceed revenue targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding Harness’ presence across the UK and EMEA markets.

  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting, discovery, and solution presentation to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Accurately forecast sales pipelines, ensuring clear and timely communication with leadership.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, SDRs, and Customer Success teams to deliver cohesive client experiences.

  • Leverage data-driven tools such as Salesforce to track and measure performance metrics.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across IT and business departments.

  • Effectively articulate the ROI and business value of Harness solutions through consultative selling.

  • Represent Harness at key industry events, conferences, and webinars to strengthen market visibility.
