Enterprise Client Sales Executive Emea

Intelex is expanding its presence in Europe, and this role presents an exciting opportunity to drive growth and strengthen relationships within key regions, including the UK & Ireland, DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland), and the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Sweden & Finland).

The Enterprise Client Sales Executive EMEA will be responsible for expanding Intelex's footprint with existing customers, generating new revenue, and providing strategic solutions. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the company to ensure the delivery of high-value software solutions.

This position is best suited for professionals with experience selling to large, multinational corporations with revenues ranging from $1.5 billion to $5 billion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building executive relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic customer interaction plans.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success and Renewals teams.
  • Engage with C-level and VP-level executives to address business needs.
  • Utilize value-selling techniques to guide the sales process.
  • Work with Sales Leaders to maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on Intelex software features and functionality.
  • Travel within Europe as required.

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Experience leading multi-discipline sales teams in global, high-value accounts.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex customer landscapes and manage relationships effectively.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with business acumen.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and software sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS contracts and senior-level negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset for driving team success.

Technical & Preferred Competencies:

  • Prior experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software, support, and service contracts.
  • Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety, or Quality industry (an asset).

Other Requirements:

  • Must pass a satisfactory Criminal Background Check.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the Senior Director of Sales, EMEA & APAC.
