Description:
The University of Warwick is seeking an Estates Data, Analytics & Insights Manager to lead a dynamic team within its Estates Information and Systems department. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the digital transformation of the Estates function. The successful candidate will help implement a data-driven environment, create strategic and operational reports, and support the University's ambitious goal of creating an industry-leading Digital Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex datasets to create operational and strategic dashboards, visual maps, and reports.
- Lead the delivery of a Digital Twin for the campus, transforming critical data into actionable operational insights.
- Champion a culture of data literacy within the department, providing guidance, training, and resources to staff.
- Identify opportunities for innovative data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency, such as space utilization.
- Ensure data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all datasets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large datasets and creating dashboards/reports.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, particularly in creating Digital Twins for built environments.
- Expertise in data governance practices, ensuring consistency and integrity.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
