What you'll be doing


 

• Support the full range of HSES training activities within the UK, ultimately enabling the delivery of the UK HSES strategy.
• Product development including liaising with internal subject matter experts to deliver on our Strategy.
• Liaising with C&G, IOSH, IEMA, HSE and various industry and regulatory bodies
• Active delivery of these programmes in both classroom and virtual classroom
  environments
• Ensure the delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging C&G certified courses that meet all required aspects of the employees learning needs, C&G requirements as well as meeting business budgets.
• Ensure the development & delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging HSES
  certified courses that meet all required aspects of the employees learning needs as well as meeting business budgets.
• Ensure UK core HSES standards and processes are embedded into the training plans wherever possible.
• Maintain accurate and timely training records and reports through strong alignment and engagement with admin team.
• Maintain technical excellence levels for all training material.
• Share learning across projects and business units within respective region and contribute to the continuous improvement of the UK strategy via communities of practise.
