Event Project Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Event Project Manager to join a thriving and dynamic agency that specializes in delivering global healthcare and pharmaceutical events. With a reputation for managing high-profile, logistically complex events across the globe, this agency works with top-tier pharmaceutical clients and ensures the delivery of congress attendance, standalone meetings, advisory boards, and more.

This is a client-facing role that demands strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end event delivery expertise. You will be responsible for venue sourcing, supplier and delegate management, and handling all logistical elements. International travel will be required as you will lead events on-site around the world.

The ideal candidate will have a background in events (agency or pharmaceutical side), with experience managing healthcare professional (HCP) events, large-scale delegate logistics, and a solid grasp of industry compliance regulations. Familiarity with Cvent or similar platforms for delegate management is highly desirable. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking across several projects is essential.
