Description:

The successful applicant will work in a small team with a wide remit. Much of the Job is public facing with a majority of contacts made through phone and email. The job will involve the deputising for others when absent on duty, leave or sickness.
The applicant’s principal function is the daily management of the web based content, content placement and support to site navigation. The website reflects the digitisation of traditional office functions and acts as a focal point for the collection and distribution of information for our serving and veteran audiences. The site also supports access to a significant amount of archive materiel a majority of which has been or will be digitised to be used in support of web content, close support with the Regimental Museum, The Tank Museum and some academic research.
The successful applicant will be proficient working with MS Office applications and have previous experience of web administration and possibly some web design. There may also be some elements of travel that may require overnight stays to support specific events throughout the year.
