Description:
Link is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at their Banbury office. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, with responsibilities spanning strategic, financial, and organizational support functions.
The Executive Assistant will be instrumental in preparing commercial documents, strategic plans, financial reports, and executive presentations. The candidate will also handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, and manage travel arrangements (both domestic and international) for the CEO. Exceptional Excel skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) are essential for success in this role.
The role calls for someone with strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and comfort in dealing with high-level executives. The position involves managing sensitive information and supporting various departments as needed, making it vital for the ideal candidate to be resourceful, energetic, and adaptable in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the CEO’s daily operations and managing his calendar
Creating and distributing high-level presentations, reports, charts, and documents
Handling confidential and strategic company information
Organizing internal and external meetings and departmental sessions
Preparing expense reports and coordinating logistics
Taking on special projects and providing support across departments
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Able to build and maintain relationships across the company
Experience working globally is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree preferred
