Link Worldwide is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to directly support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This vital role serves as the backbone of the CEO’s day-to-day operations, ensuring all strategic, commercial, and administrative needs are handled efficiently and with utmost professionalism. The Executive Assistant will work closely with executive leadership, providing critical support in areas such as financial reporting, strategic planning, meeting coordination, and calendar management.

The ideal candidate is expected to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including the preparation of high-level documents and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. A key element of this role is handling confidential financial, legal, and personnel information, which requires impeccable judgment, organizational precision, and a strong sense of discretion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide daily administrative and strategic support to the CEO

  • Prepare detailed commercial reports, charts, tables, and strategic presentations

  • Assist in drafting papers, reports, and briefing materials for high-level audiences

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and arranging domestic/international travel

  • Handle confidential expense reporting, meeting coordination, and internal documentation

  • Act as the CEO’s liaison for internal departments and senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination

  • Monitor and flag high-priority issues requiring the CEO’s attention

  • Support the planning of departmental and leadership meetings, preparing agendas and supporting materials

  • Participate in special projects, often with financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation creation

  • Provide flexible support to other executives or departments when required

Skillset and Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

  • Outstanding written, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Prior experience working in global or multinational business environments

  • High emotional intelligence and sound professional judgment
