1. Commercial Strategy & Business Development
- Experience in creating sustainable revenue models for large-scale visitor attractions.
- Expertise in land development, leasing, or real estate parcelization.
2. Marketing & Public Relations
- Proven success in branding, digital marketing, and generating media buzz for large-scale projects.
- Experience in managing comprehensive media campaigns and strategic partnerships.
3. Operations & Logistics
- Knowledge of managing large-scale visitor attractions, theme parks, or high-profile events.
- Expertise in operational logistics, team leadership, and supply chain management.
4. Creative Design & Model Engineering
- Passion for model design with a strong background in creating immersive and realistic miniature displays.
- Expertise in design, engineering, or architecture.
5. Finance & Investment
- Experience in securing funding, managing investor relations, and financial planning.
- Proven track record of overseeing budgets and ensuring profitability for large ventures.
Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to key decisions on design, funding, marketing, and operations.
- Act as an ambassador for the project, building relationships with stakeholders and investors.
