Responsibilities:

• Build niche leadership candidate networks within a specialist vertical.
• Conduct market research and map senior talent in high-growth sectors.
• Identify, engage, and submit senior-level candidates for live executive search mandates.
• Prepare candidate briefing packs and search update reports to ensure transparency and consistency in delivery.
• Source intelligence on leadership hiring trends and opportunities.
• Write and co-design thought leadership and bespoke market content.
• Ensure CRM and data integrity across high-value search projects.
