The Team and Job Summary
You will also be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle from initial consultation of a new project through to offer acceptance conducting search strategies, identify target companies, and building relationships with potential candidates.
You will be responsible for supporting our global executive search efforts by driving best practice research, ensuring that we identify, engage and attract top-tier talent globally.
Job Responsibilities
Relationship Building & Engagement

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to identify and engage them in the search process.
- Developing a network of passive talent for future opportunities.
- Engaging with potential candidates in a professional and personable manner.
Market Research & Analysis

- Developing and executing research strategies to identify suitable candidates for executive positions.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor landscapes, and industry-specific data to inform search strategies.
- Gathering data through various channels, including online searches, networking, and direct outreach.
- Using data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and insights that can be used to find the best candidates.
Presentation & Communication

- Preparing and delivering presentations to executive stakeholders, highlighting candidate profiles and market insights.
- Communicating search progress and results to internal stakeholders.
- Providing clear and concise reports and presentations that are easy for the business to understand.
- Using data visualization tools to create compelling presentations that effectively communicate insights.
Recruitment

- Collaborating with candidates and internal stakeholders as well as hiring managers to understand the business growth goals and define job requirements and search strategies.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including screening, interviewing, and making offers.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in the areas of professional services Executive Search or Research is essential while forensic accounting, disputes, investigations, regulatory risk and compliance, environment health and safety, forensic engineering and accident reconstruction would be desirable.
- Technical acumen with an understanding of relevant processes and emerging technologies that can be leveraged to optimize research practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills underpinned by excellent communication skills (written and verbal), ability to influence, and foster a global collaborative spirit.
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail are essential.
- Proven experience influencing across international teams.
