As part of TRG’s continued global expansion, we are actively hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our Newcastle Global Head Office team. This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, giving you full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 recruitment cycle — from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers across the technology and cloud sectors.
- Become an expert headhunter, proactively identifying and approaching high-calibre talent.
- Manage client accounts, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Negotiate terms of business, job offers, and candidate packages to secure placements.
- Stay up to date with IT and cloud technology trends, ensuring you can advise and consult clients and candidates effectively.
- Consistently hit and exceed personal and team revenue and performance targets.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Fluent English (additional fluency in Nordic, German, or Polish is highly desirable).
- Strong sales, business development, or recruitment background, ideally in 360 recruitment.
- Professional, confident phone manner, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious, motivated, competitive, and thrives under pressure.
- Resilient, coachable, and open to feedback to enhance personal performance.
- Must have independent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship provided).
- Committed to working onsite in Newcastle Global Head Office.
