What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a Full 360 Desk – Managing the entire recruitment process from BD to placement.
- Business Development – Building and growing your own client portfolio within the BI space.
- Candidate Sourcing – Headhunting high-calibre BI professionals across reporting, dashboarding, and visualisation tools.
- Client Delivery – Working at pace to meet client demand with quality and consistency.
- Performance Focused – Tracking key metrics including jobs pulled, fill rate, and placements.
What We’re Looking For
We're after experienced recruiters, ideally with 1–3 years’ experience, who are:
