Facilities Assistant

 

Description:

The close-knit facilities team are looking for a Facilities Assistant, with 2 years’ experience in a similar role, to join the team on a 6 month FTC where you will be working with the Facilities Manager as well as the Head of Business Services. Professional services experience is essential for this role.

Duties to include:

  • Conducting building checks around the firm’s premises
  • Supervising external contractors with respect to building maintenance
  • Ensuring all minor repairs to include hot water, plumbing & drainage are repaired promptly
  • Maintaining departmental logs logging all repairs with the newest information
  • Assisting with office moves, projects etc.
  • Undertaking new joiner sessions
  • Undertaking Health and Safety Assessments alongside the Facilities Manager


Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ Facilities experience within Professional Services is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trained fire marshal
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Good IT skills
