Facilities Manager

 

Description:

The role is to cover 6 sites and will have some line management responsibilities.

 

They will be visiting various portfolio properties in London

 

Some Key Duties

  • To ensure that the day to day running of buildings within the portfolio is addressed
  • Monitoring contractor/supplier performance and report findings to all the Senior Management team.
  • To report any issues that may affect the client/tenant/the service across all portfolio
  • Property inspections are carried out and recorded
  • Ensure that all times the utility meter readings are collected and managed using relevant systems
