Description:

AeroProfessional Limited is seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) Analyst to join the safety and performance team at Titan Airways, the UK’s largest Charter and ACMI operator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing flight safety and operational performance by analysing flight data and providing actionable insights.

The FDM Analyst is responsible for the implementation, control, and supervision of Flight Data Monitoring activities. You will work closely with FDM Pilot Analysts and other colleagues across the organisation to identify safety trends and improve operational safety culture by harnessing flight data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) processes ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Analyse and interpret complex flight data to identify trends, risks, and safety concerns.

• Collaborate with pilots, safety teams, and other stakeholders to promote a data-driven safety culture.

• Present findings in clear, actionable formats to support decision-making and safety improvements.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of flight operations safety through rigorous data analysis.

• Maintain compliance with UK and EASA regulatory requirements related to FDM.

• Manage workload efficiently with strong attention to detail, working independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Requirements:

Must Have:

• Minimum five years’ experience in an airline or air transport environment, with at least three years specifically in Flight Data Monitoring.

• Strong knowledge of flight operations and safety management systems.

• Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret flight data trends effectively.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build working relationships across the organisation.

• Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.

• Structured approach to workload management and ability to perform well under pressure.

• Enthusiasm for contributing to the airline’s safety culture.

• Right to live and work in the UK (workplace sponsorship may be available).

• Willingness to live or relocate within a commutable distance of London Stansted Airport (STN).

• Flexible availability to meet operational demands.

Desirable:

• Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Safety, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience with FDM software tools.

• Comprehensive understanding of UK and EASA regulatory requirements related to FDM.

• High proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
