Description:
This is a hands-on production role at the heart of the business, guiding live fermentations and getting hands on with making the their key brands. You’ll work with cutting-edge equipment, support bottling and warehouse operations, and ensure every batch meets the brand’s exceptionally high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and monitor day-to-day fermentations and filtrations in line with the production schedule.
- Follow fermentation and filtration SOPs precisely, maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety.
- Work closely with the Operations and Quality teams to identify risks and maintain consistency across all batches.
- Support packaging operations across bottling and canning lines when required.
- Assist with warehouse duties including stock checks, box builds, and general production flow.
- Maintain records, monitor equipment, and perform Cleaning in Place (CIP) procedures.
- Ensure compliance with SALSA and BRC standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in brewing, fermentation, or beverage production, or relevant qualifications (e.g. IBD GCB).
- Practical understanding of fermentation processes and microbiological control.
- Confident using brewing or production management software (e.g. Breww).
- Physically fit, adaptable, and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude, able to work shifts and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment.
- Forklift truck certification desirable.
