This apprenticeship will equip you with hands-on experience and technical expertise, enabling you to become a skilled Field Technician. You will work with Vodafone’s Field Engineering Team, ensuring the highest quality service for business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Hands-on fieldwork – installing, maintaining, and repairing Vodafone’s network infrastructure
🚀 Work with cutting-edge technology to support and enhance connectivity for business customers
📡 Provide exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador
🔍 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and use the latest safety technology
🚗 Travel to different locations as part of your field duties, including working at heights

Requirements:

✔ Passionate about technology and eager to learn
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Adaptable and customer-focused mindset
✔ Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and nights
✔ Ability to pass background checks (DBS & financial screening)

📚 No prior experience is required! This role includes a Level 3 Information Communications Technician apprenticeship, with full training and mentorship provided.
