Field Team Leader

Description:

What you'll be doing :

• Ensure that all operational procedures are adhered to and that the service is delivered in line with requirements
• Provide effective leadership
• Communicate effectively with the Field Officers, providing information, support and advice
• Performance reviews – 121s, appraisals, team meetings and coaching
• Relationship Management – Internal & External
• Manage quality and compliance through data analysis and quality audits
• Effectively manage stock, equipment and tools, investigate losses and ensure accuracy of record keeping

What we're looking for :

• Performance management experience
• Experience of motivating a team to deliver objectives
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
