Description:
What you'll be doing :
- Ensure that all operational procedures are adhered to and that the service is delivered in line with requirements
- Provide effective leadership
- Communicate effectively with the Field Officers, providing information, support and advice
- Performance reviews – 121s, appraisals, team meetings and coaching
- Relationship Management – Internal & External
- Manage quality and compliance through data analysis and quality audits
- Effectively manage stock, equipment and tools, investigate losses and ensure accuracy of record keeping

- Performance management experience
- Experience of motivating a team to deliver objectives
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
