TARCG is delighted to be supporting a leading international defence organisation on their search for a skilled Business Analyst to support the optimisation of financial and procurement processes and contribute to the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role suits someone analytical, collaborative, and experienced in ERP project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve financial and procurement processes.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and interviews.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Coordinate ERP project delivery, including planning, requirements management, and progress tracking.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support change management, user training, and creation of user guides.
- Contribute to system configuration, data migration, testing (incl. UAT), and documentation.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to support iterative delivery.
Essential Skills & Experience
- NS or SC cleared
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years’ experience, or 10 years’ relevant experience without a degree.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform.
- Strong process mapping and optimisation experience (finance & procurement).
- Hands-on ERP project support, including requirements, testing, and documentation.
- Skilled in workshops, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with change management and user adoption activities.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant).
