Description:
Office Angels is delighted to partner with an innovative and growing company in Crawley to recruit a Finance Assistant. This full-time hybrid role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will bring strong financial administration capabilities and play a key part in the company’s day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record financial transactions, including purchase invoices and payments
Prepare and process supplier payments in a timely manner
Manage company card transactions and employee expense claims
Monitor and respond to emails in the finance inbox, collaborating with the wider team
Support the Financial Controller in updating and enforcing finance policies
Act as the initial contact point for finance-related inquiries
Ensure accurate income and expense entry within financial systems
Assist with stock counts at warehouses and liaise with production partners
Help internal teams with raising and managing purchase orders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a finance assistant or finance support role
Familiarity with Xero or other financial systems
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting fundamentals
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to a growing company
