Job Functions & Qualifications
 

  • Working as part of a small finance team based in Barnham, you will provide general support on all financial functions for Optimal Future and Hilton Nursing Partners Ltd.
  • You should be IT literate; good Excel skills are a must and the ability to learn other systems as required (full training on the new systems will be given).
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Payroll experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
  • Good verbal communication skills for answering telephone queries effectively and communicating with clients, managers, and team members.
  • You will be capable of working to deadlines and of seeing queries through to resolution.
  • The job will allow you to pick up new skills and develop those you already have.
