JSS Search is seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing team within an instantly recognisable sporting business, located on the border of Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will partner closely with operational teams to deliver impactful financial insights, support high-value projects, and ensure strategic alignment between financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Finance to support high-profile, high-value projects.

• Act as the primary financial advisor to managers, offering clear and actionable insights.

• Provide financial analysis to drive strategic initiatives and decision-making.

• Influence, challenge, and support non-financial stakeholders to enhance business performance.

• Analyse and monitor key financial metrics, particularly capital expenditure.

• Assist with the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

• Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for growth.

• Support the finance team with reporting, ad hoc analysis, and operational queries.

Person Specification:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).

• Strong commercial finance or business partnering experience.

• Skilled in working with non-financial stakeholders and translating financial data into actionable strategies.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

• Experience in retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or sports industries preferred but not essential.
