Description:
We are looking for someone who combines strong financial and analytical capability with excellent business partnering skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with complexity, uncertainty and large datasets, whilst building trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and/or Finance Business Partnering
- Strong financial modelling and scenario planning skills
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
- The ability to interpret complex operational information and translate it into meaningful financial insight
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to provide both support and constructive challenge
- Experience developing business cases and supporting investment decisions
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
- A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Desirable
- Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, research, logistics, operational delivery or similarly complex environments
- Experience working with supplier contracts, commercial arrangements or procurement activities
- An interest in health research and improving health outcomes through data and science
