The business has been going for over 15 years and have an excellent foundation in place from a finance perspective, a series of well renowned clients and fantastic growth forecasts.

They are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in growing SMEs, has a hands-on attitude, experience in professional services and someone who can act as a trusted business partner. The company has a headcount of around 60 people and are currently £10mill revenue. The agency sits under one of the most successful groups in the UK, however you will enjoy autonomy in the role and will have ultimate say over commercial decisions.

The Role:

• Manage the team of three, ensuring they have development and progression opportunities
• Producing monthly and year end reports as well as oversight of management accounts
• Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board
• Working with international corporation tax reporting as well as insurance and payroll
• Managing the P&L and balance sheet
• Improving the quality of variance analysis and assessing time utilisation
• Implementing a robust financial infrastructure
• Leading the growth strategy and advising around acquisitions
