We’re hiring for a Finance Manager to join a professional services firm based in Guildford. This is a newly created role, giving you the chance to shape processes, partner with business owners, and build a strong financial framework as the business continues to scale.

THE ROLE
- Lead the day-to-day running of the finance function
- Prepare monthly management accounts, board packs, and commentary
- Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cashflow management
- Develop forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling processes
- Provide clear analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Manage year-end reporting, audit, and statutory requirements
- Review and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Business partner with directors and senior managers
- Monitor KPIs and highlight areas for performance improvement
- Support system and process upgrades to improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with external advisors and auditors
- Line manage and develop a small finance team
