Description:
Spencer Academies Trust is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Finance Partner to support several of its academies. This role forms part of the central finance team, providing comprehensive and accurate financial support to schools within the Trust. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across multiple academies, ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the Trust’s institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide financial support and guidance to multiple academies within the Trust.
Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial policies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance.
Ensure adherence to the Trust’s financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Build positive relationships with colleagues across all levels and promote collaborative working.
Support both permanent and temporary financial operations as required.
Requirements:
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
Reliability, motivation, and dedication to high-quality financial management.
Understanding of financial practices within an educational or multi-academy trust setting is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
