SystemsAccountants Ltd is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to support a client in overseeing their Unit4 ERP system, while preparing for a migration to Unit4’s Cloud platform. This role is perfect for finance systems professionals looking to take charge in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
As a Finance Systems Manager, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing finance systems, ensuring they remain robust, reliable, and aligned with business needs. You will collaborate with internal teams, lead system improvements, and maintain compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive System Improvements: Oversee Unit4 ERP internally, identifying areas for enhancement and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Oversight: Manage configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of finance systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration with key systems like HR and payroll.
- Project Delivery: Lead system migration and upgrade projects, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption.
- Security & Access Control: Oversee user access, data integrity, and system security.
- Training & Support: Provide effective training to staff for efficient use of finance systems.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Unit4 ERP (AP, AR, GL, Logistics, Expenses modules).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical challenges into practical solutions.
- Proven leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- Deep understanding of system security, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience in delivering training and supporting diverse teams.
