Finance Transformation Business Analyst

Description:

We are seeking a Finance Transformation Business Analyst to support the design, assessment, and implementation of improved financial processes as part of a Finance Transformation Programme. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills to drive efficiency and compliance in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design and document ‘to be’ financial processes, ensuring concise and accurate process flows
✔ Analyze and corroborate documented processes through data analysis
✔ Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather insights and refine processes
✔ Create detailed procedure manuals for process implementation
✔ Develop and deliver training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
✔ Supervise and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to go-live decision-making

Required Experience & Skills:

✅ Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant or equivalent experience
✅ Strong background in documenting and assessing financial processes
✅ Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio)
✅ Familiarity with risk and control frameworks
✅ Exposure to transformation projects or change management initiatives
✅ Experience working with stakeholders across multiple international locations
✅ Analytical mindset with a focus on root cause analysis and solution-oriented thinking
✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly

Contract Details:

🕒 6-month contract (Day rate – Outside IR35)
📍 Hybrid role – 3 days a week in Maidenhead office
