Working for a wide range of MEP Contractors and Blue-Chip end users in the FM Sector, Cleartech are a well-established company striving for long-lasting partnerships and continuous improvement in quality and services.

Due to ongoing structured growth and significant contract wins we are seeking a Financial & Commercial Administrator to support our management team.

Duties & Key Responsibilities included in this role include:

– Sales invoicing & retention creation
– Weekly reconciliation of operations staff timesheets
– Overseeing vehicle fleet management via online portal
– Completion of approved supplier questionnaires
– Issuing applications for payment and/ or Invoices via Xero Accounts Package
– Credit Control
– P&L Reporting on Xero Projects
– Issuing & Logging of purchase orders, subcontract orders and variations
– Overseeing ISO Auditing and QA via Citation online portal

The ideal candidate should have:

– Proven experience of working in a fast-paced finance department
– High level of attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Competent in all Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
– Knowledge and experience using Xero Accounts Package (or similar platform)
– Excellent communication skills are essential.
– Full training and support on systems and processes will be given.
