In the role of Financial Control Manager - UK SOX

You will manage the implementation of the Bank's UK Sox compliant control environment.

In the role you are accountable for:

Responsible for the planning, scoping, risk assessment, execution, documentation, and conclusion of all control testing related to internal controls over financial reporting.

Ensures the timely implementation of corrective actions necessary to remedy deficiencies identified through testing key internal financial controls.

Gathers, documents, and reports data related to internal control processes over financial reporting.

Use expertise to create and implement key policies and control improvements.
