Are you an ACA/ACCA-qualified finance professional looking for a role that combines technical financial control, commercial insight and strategic business partnering?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading property development and urban regeneration business, working across major development projects, joint ventures and fund management.

This is a broad role offering ownership of financial reporting, treasury, controls and compliance, with the opportunity to influence processes, drive efficiencies and work closely with senior stakeholders, investors, lenders and external partners.

What you’ll be responsible for:
🔹 Leading financial reporting across joint venture entities
🔹 Overseeing treasury, cash flow and funding drawdowns
🔹 Managing statutory reporting, external audits and compliance
🔹 Driving improvements across outsourced finance services and processes
🔹 Supporting fund management, investor reporting and debt covenant compliance
🔹 Developing junior team members and championing best practice

What we’re looking for:
✔️ ACA/ACCA qualified with 6+ years’ post qualification experience
✔️ Strong UK GAAP/IFRS financial reporting and financial controls experience
✔️ Experience managing audits, treasury and complex stakeholder relationships
✔️ A proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys improving processes and embracing technology
