Description:
This role will be to develop and improve a current financial model to make it more user friendly and can be used to draw out more critical information for analysis and reporting.
As a Financial Modeller your main responsibilities would be:
- Deconstruct existing model to understand its components and sources of information.
- Produce a replacement model that offers accurate outputs with less complexity for non-technical users.
- Identify and calculating costings for Multiple Learning & Development products for the Civil Service
- Identify all costs that are incurred for each use of the products and use this to produce a scenario planning model to help with forward planning and forecasting.
- Working with suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure all requirements are gathered accurately and without ambiguity.
- Working with commercial teams to help evaluate a potential long-term system to support in the costing of L&D offerings
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Understanding and Building complex financial models
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to articulate technical information to a more digestible format.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with other modelling tools
- Experience with requirements gathering from stakeholders at all levels of seniority and technical ability.
- Good Financial Understanding / Highly numerate

- CCAB, desirable
- Eligible to get CTC clearance.
