Description:
Capita, in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH), is seeking an experienced Fire Health and Safety Advisor to enhance safety protocols across multiple sites. The role involves conducting fire safety risk assessments, advising on health and safety legislation, and supporting fire risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Fire Safety Risk Assessments and support Estates and Facilities teams.
- Provide expert guidance on health and safety compliance.
- Plan and perform fire risk assessments at agreed sites.
- Develop and deliver fire safety training programs.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies like the Fire Authority and Health & Safety Executive.
- Assist in fire risk assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a fire-related discipline or equivalent experience/training (Diploma level).
- Registered Fire Risk Assessor with an accredited body.
- NEBOSH National General Certificate.
- Extensive knowledge of fire safety legislation, risk management, and building regulations.
- Experience working in healthcare or inpatient units is highly desirable.
