Fleet Administrator

 

Description:

We are looking for an Administrator to join us for a new and exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our Fleet Administration Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle administration to ensure our staff can drive in a legal and compliant manner to undertake their rescue and rehabilitation work.

You'll be based in our newly refurbished Horsham Office which has excellent facilities and is close to lots of shops and places to eat, as well as being walking distance from Horsham train station and bus stops serving the local area. We are also dog-friendly, so we regularly have four-legged visitors to keep you company!

There will be the opportunity to work from home for part of the week once you have completed your initial on-the-job training.

  • Carry out support administration duties for the various departments e.g. parking accounts, fines, tolls, ULEZ charges and fleet related issues.
  • Administration of parking accounts, orders and invoices.
  • Monitor the department's phone and central inbox.
  • Maintain the department's driver and vehicle information on the fleet system.
  • Provide support for tenders, external meetings, printing materials, creating/editing presentations and handouts.
  • Participate in office meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Utilising database reports to provide information.
  • Booking and arranging meetings as required.
  • Interest in a career in vehicle administration.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Polite and professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask and organise.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Confident using IT systems.
