As a Bank Support Worker, you will be providing vital support to customers in a variety of settings, including accommodation-based services, registered care homes, and community/home-based environments. No two shifts will be the same—one day you may be helping with daily living tasks or updating support plans, and the next, you could be enjoying community activities such as meals out with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily living tasks, enabling independence and dignity.

• Work through individual support plans with customers to achieve their goals.

• Deliver flexible care, including day shifts and overnight (sleep-in) support.

• Support vulnerable individuals across different services and environments.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent, compassionate care delivery.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is flexible, empathetic, and enjoys working with a wide range of customers. You must have prior experience as a Support Worker and be confident handling different care environments. A people-focused approach, strong communication, and adaptability are essential for success in this role.
