PeakTew is a social media app aiming to connect more people with the real world. Our team consists of passionate individuals from over a dozen different countries. This offer is aimed at those willing to take part in a startup project during their free time to learn more about the professional world and gain international work experience. This implies being ready to commit some time every week to the project.

As a Frontend Developer, you will contribute to the mobile app and website development.

Your missions:

• Contribute to front-end features & architecture for both the mobile app (Flutter) and website (React/JavaScript).
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable UI code with seamless frontend–backend integration.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces (UI) tailored to each platform.
• Integrate APIs and ensure system scalability, stability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate via GitHub for version control, code reviews, and cross-team coordination.
• Participate in weekly meetings to present progress and align with project objectives.

This is an online job, meaning that you would be working remotely. You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need. This job will also be unpaid as PeakTew is a student-led project that isn’t (yet) generating revenue.
