Description:
As a Frontend Developer, you will contribute to the mobile app and website development.
Your missions:
- Contribute to front-end features & architecture for both the mobile app (Flutter) and website (React/JavaScript).
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable UI code with seamless frontend–backend integration.
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces (UI) tailored to each platform.
- Integrate APIs and ensure system scalability, stability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate via GitHub for version control, code reviews, and cross-team coordination.
- Participate in weekly meetings to present progress and align with project objectives.
This is an online job, meaning that you would be working remotely. You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need. This job will also be unpaid as PeakTew is a student-led project that isn’t (yet) generating revenue.

Competencies required:
- Proficiency in Flutter for mobile front-end development and React/JavaScript for website development, with knowledge of supporting tools (Node.js, Vercel, CSS/SASS, Framer Motion, etc.).
- Ability to design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for both mobile and web.
- Experience in frontend–backend integration using APIs (Websockets) and frameworks.
- Strong written and spoken English skills (PeakTew operates in English).
- Enrollment in Computer Science or a related academic program.
- Reliable device and stable internet connection for remote work.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
