About Us

TwoTouch Coaching operates across Cumbernauld, Hamilton, and Glasgow. We provide elite-level football training to players of all ages and abilities, combining technical excellence with a deep focus on physical development and injury prevention.

Our mission is simple:

“Improve the physical, technical and tactical performance of players whilst reducing their risk of injury in a sustainable and engaging manner that allows our clients to maximise their playing potential.”

About the Role

As Location Manager in Cumbernauld, you’ll be the coach responsible for delivering engaging training sessions while managing the player and parent experience at your location.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging group coaching sessions to players of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with parents and clients.
  • Oversee the rescheduling and catch-up process for missed sessions.
  • Ensure every session aligns with TwoTouch coaching standards and safety protocols.
  • Represent the values and philosophy of TwoTouch Coaching on and off the pitch.

What You’ll Get

  • £1,000/month salary
  • A consistent coaching schedule
  • Leadership responsibility without the demands of a full-time contract.
  • A voice in programme development and player experience.
  • An opportunity to work within a fast-growing, athlete-centred coaching company.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Valid PVG certification (or ability to obtain upon offer).
  • Proven experience in football coaching (youth or adult).
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • Full weekday availability: Monday–Friday, 4:00–8:00 PM.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable:

  • Football coaching accreditations (e.g., SFA or UEFA badges).
  • Experience managing staff or leading player programmes.
  • Interest in long-term player development and sport science integration.

Additional Info

  • All Coaching equipment will be provided to the successful applicant.
  • Travel costs are not reimbursed, but the role is designed for local convenience.
