Founding Engineer 

We're looking for a high-agency software engineer who wants to get stuck into an early-stage startup, take ownership and learn whatever technology is needed to solve the problem.

This isn't a prompt engineering role. You'll be building production-grade AI agents that can reason, use tools, execute tasks and operate reliably in real-world environments.

What you'll do

• Build and ship agentic AI systems from the ground up
• Work across backend, AI, geospatial data and whatever else the problem requires
• Experiment with new technologies and turn ideas into production software
• Own problems end-to-end, from architecture through to deployment
• Help shape the engineering culture as the company grows

What we're looking for

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building production software
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with LLMs, agents or AI-powered products
• Strong in Python, Rust, C++, Java or similar
• Someone who thrives with ownership, ambiguity and learning quickly
