Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven software products.

• Optimize and improve efficiency of large language model (LLM) algorithms and associated AI frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science to accelerate feature delivery.

• Maintain high code quality and best practices in full-stack development.

• Participate in strategic decision-making as part of the founding engineering team.

Technical Requirements and Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Python programming, with hands-on experience in AI-related projects.

• Expert knowledge of database systems, particularly PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with both front-end and back-end technologies and frameworks, with the ability to contribute to full-stack development.

• Experience with web development frameworks and languages such as TypeScript and React is a plus but not mandatory.

• A strong academic background with a degree from a top-tier university in a relevant subject is highly desirable.

• Prior experience working in an AI-led business or startup is strongly preferred.
