Crow Marketing is seeking Freelance Advertising Executives to join its expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for parents, students, or individuals seeking flexible, home-based work while building a career in advertising and media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales pipeline of prospects and clients.

  • Drive revenue primarily in digital advertising, with some print opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and decision-makers.

  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, meetings, and presentations to close sales.

  • Collaborate with Crow Marketing team members across various territories.

  • Follow a structured sales process with ongoing mentoring and guidance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Confidence in engaging businesses via phone or face-to-face.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet activity targets.

  • Sales or advertising experience is an advantage but not essential.

Why This Role Works:

  • 25% commission on all advertising revenue (uncapped).

  • Earnings potential:

    • Average activity: ~£15k revenue/quarter → £3,750 commission.

    • High performance: ~£25k revenue/quarter → £6,250 commission.
