Freelance Educator

Description:

Joystick Learning LTD is seeking freelance educators to deliver engaging extracurricular learning experiences for children aged 5–18 through their EdTech platform. This is a remote, flexible, and creative role, allowing educators to design and deliver live or pre-recorded classes across a wide range of subjects including arts, music, baking, digital skills, life skills, and more. Educators will have full creative freedom, support from the platform’s infrastructure, and opportunities to reach wider audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver live or pre-recorded extracurricular classes in your area of expertise.

• Create engaging, inclusive content for children and teens.

• Design your own schedule and course format with full creative freedom.

• Collaborate with a growing team focused on child-centred learning.

• Promote and expand your reach using the platform’s tools and marketing support.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in arts, music, baking, digital skills, life skills, gaming, mindfulness, or other creative subjects.

• Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning content.

• Comfortable teaching live or asynchronous classes.

• Strong communication and creative skills.

• Passion for child education and inclusivity, supporting neurodivergence and creativity.
