We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Freelance Sales Manager – Europe to join a high-growth SaaS organization. This is a commission-only freelance opportunity tailored for a seasoned B2B sales professional who possesses an in-depth understanding of the European SaaS landscape, a strong personal network, and a relentless drive for closing high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone who has already achieved success in SaaS sales and is now looking to apply their skills in a performance-driven, results-first environment without the constraints of a traditional 9-to-5 setup.
Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to client pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
Actively identify and target new B2B opportunities across the European market, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies.
Utilize your existing network and industry knowledge to bring in high-quality, qualified leads.
Serve as a trusted consultant to prospects by thoroughly understanding their business challenges and effectively positioning the SaaS product as the optimal solution.
Maintain and manage a dynamic sales pipeline, providing regular updates and insights on activity, conversions, and revenue performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client onboarding process post-sale, setting the foundation for long-term relationships.
Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to keep accurate records of all sales activities and manage client interactions.
At least 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with pan-European exposure.
Proven track record of independently closing high-value deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Established network of decision-makers and buyers within relevant SaaS-consuming industries across Europe.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are advantageous.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently without daily oversight.
Well-versed in using modern CRM and collaboration tools, with a disciplined and organized approach to sales execution.
