Freelance Social Media Assistant

As our agency continues to grow, we are looking to take on a Freelance Social Media Assistant to support us with our social media management clients. The role will initially consist of one day per week (or equivalent spread across the week), in a remote working set up.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and proactive Freelance Social Media Assistant, who have the ability to support our agency as we take on new clients and support them with their social media marketing. As part of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Content Planning and Strategy: Assist in developing social media strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visuals, videos and copy for posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster active and positive online communities.
• Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyse performance metrics to create actionable insights and monthly reports for clients.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant

We're looking for...

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Rella and Slack
