Description:
Our client, a leader in the design and build industry is looking for a French Speaking Bid & Proposal Manager to join its team in London. You will be part of an established bid function working on bids across EMEA from start to finish. This role is heavily focussed on writing bespoke and compelling content within the bid submission using InDesign and you must have strong French speaking skills.
Bid & Proposal Manager Responsibilities
- Leading the creation of a wide variety of pursuits-related content from PQQ / RFI / RFP responses to presentations and client or industry specific capability statements
- Developing case studies and topical content that promotes brand identity and position as a thought leader
- Ensuring consistency, world class content writing, branding and design
- Proactively seeking new ways to differentiate the firm in the market
- Debriefing and ensuring that post tender feedback is acted on
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions and studios
Bid & Proposal Manager Key Skills
- Strong storytelling capabilities. You’re a natural at developing win strategies, storyboards and a clear value proposition with client teams
- You’re excited and ready to roll-up your sleeves and run proposals from initial qualification to post-debrief feedback
- Client-centricity is your default. You want to get to the core of a client’s needs, and understand the details and win themes that sit behind Pursuits
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent writing and organisational skills with an eye for graphic design
- Impeccable stakeholder management skills. You’re passionate about coaching, managing and coordinating teams ensuring all parties are engaged, clear and delivering against the win strategy / storyboard
- Comfortable operating in a high responsibility, high freedom, high accountability environment. Our pace is quick and high volume, and we need someone who can keep up and consistently enjoys achieving and delivering, managing multiple deadlines
- You love finding a better way of doing things, challenging the ‘status quo’, with the desire to constantly evolve
- Fluent French and English speaker a must
