We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm and professional attitude.

✅ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

✅ Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized reception area.

✅ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

✅ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.

✅ Support the recruitment and training teams with scheduling and candidate coordination.

✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

✔ Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred.

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic IT skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
